As the new secretary watching what's happening in RU it's been exciting to see so many changed lives already! These past few weeks I've seen so many people visit the RU program with so many questions. You can tell they are searching to fill a void in their lives. For so many years, these people have turned to, not just drugs and alcohol, but all kinds of addictions to try to fill the hole within themselves. I've had the priviledge of seeing three individuals in the past three weeks, turn from their old lifestyle and reach out to Christ. No longer are they going to rely on self to fulfill their needs, urges, and wants. They are turning to our Lord Jesus Christ, trusting that He will 'carry' them through their temptations. Christ can change lives!! We can't do it on our own!

I'm praising Him and I know heaven rejoices everytime someone finally turns their back on their selfishness and pride and finally reaches up with open arms to recieve Christ as their personal Savour! He can save you not only from an eternal hell but from whatever addiction you may be facing! It's not too late to find help!
